The staff turned out to be very helpful and efficient. The triple room we stayed in were a nice size and good basic with cozy breakfast.

It was clean place, staff were really kind, and I really enjoyed my airy room. The location in a pretty nice area was incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. There was a modest restaurant with savoury meals. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met requests.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rawai where I was impressed by a number of things. the value for money was excellent, with very reasonable prices for spacious rooms. I was also delighted to find that the hotel provided clean towels and comfortable beds in the rooms. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to everything, with nearby shops and even a view of the Big Buddha from the balcony. The cozy breakfast provided was a nice touch as well.

The hotel should be commended for the complimentary airport transfer and the free Wi-Fi access. the hotel's location near the business district and public transportation was a huge plus. Another added convenience was the 24-hour reception service.

The hotel fell short in several areas during my business trip. the room was not kept clean, the air conditioning unit was noisy and barely worked, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at a hotel along the main street with very intensive and loud traffic. Despite the noise, the location was quite close to the Chalong pier and everything else we wanted to explore, whether by car or scooter. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big flat-screen TV and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the big swimming pool and the nice view from the balcony. Plus, the hotel offered scooter rentals, which made it convenient for us to explore the area.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't bother us much considering all the other positives of our stay.
